Rumtek Monastery in Pakyong
Rumtek 24 kms away from Gangtok in Sikkim, is the seat of his sanctity, the 15th Gyawla Karmapa, the skull of the Karma Kagyu order of Tibetan Buddhism. The monastery Pemagyantse is 140 kms away from west of Gangtok. Rumtek is a well-known monastery, all over the world, particularly among the Tibetan Buddhists and is located close to Gangtok, the capital of Sikkim. Saramsa Garden in Pakyong
Saramsa Garden is a public backyard around 14 km east of Gangtok, the capital of Sikkim, India. Recognized in 1922, the garden has serve a diversity of purposes.
